Follow instructions provided in the school application, a many of them are very specific in what they seek. Some applications may ask for all capital letters when filling in your information. Some may prefer that you type in your information, even on a paper form. If you opt to write in your information, most application prefers that you write in black ink, and some would allow blue ink.
